| What an amazing view. Err, rather not. But at least there was no road traffic to be heard.

| The bright window confused the camera, a lot. This is a short from the door, my bunkbed on the left.

| Some kind of small war monument in Borough High Street, a few hundred metres up from the Youth Hostel. More interesting is the background, which shows a number of typical red-brick houses.

| Down Borough High Street, somewhere on the left is the Youth Hostel, probably out of picture though. I forgot to take a picture of it.

| The paint these instructions on every street crossing. I guess there must be a lot of tourists in London, and I confess that these were a big help to me since otherwise I wouldn't always have remembered in which way to look first when crossing a street.

| The closest underground station, London Bridge Station.

| This came out too dark, but I didn't have that much time to do more fine-turning. Also, just like I had read in some other trip reports, as soon as I stepped off these escalators, or however they're called, an Underground employee showed up. Before he could say much, I showed that I wasn't using any flash, which prompted a "You understand!, perfect" from him, and he was gone again.
